                 Shantou SOE First Polyester Films Co., Ltd.  is a joint- venture specializing in manufacturing and marketing of Polyethylene  Terephthalate   ( refer as PET chips or polyester resins) and  Bi-axially  Oriented Polyester Films ( refer as BOPET films or PET films) and Audio magnetic pancake and jumble webs in China . 

          The complete film production line and technology was introduced from Germany Brückner company . The thickness range of our products is 8-36 micron  and width range is 330mm-1500mm . Our products are including  audio base grade PET films , packaging grade PET films , hot - stamping foil grade PET films ,  metallizing grade PET films  , laminating grade PET films , and laser homographic   anti- counterfeit trademark  grade PET films , high transparency PET films for golden and silver card application  and black PET films, etc .Recently , developed the new products ,such as shrinkable film ,twistable film , matte film , transferring film ,etc.

              The complete PET production equipment and technology  was introduced from Germany ZIMMER Company ,which is equipped with SIEMENS DCS  system and  is fully automatic operation . The semi-continue  process method and mature technology have been applied into production ,so the quality of products is consistency and it is flexible  to switch into producing different types of chips and suitable for producing special application resins . Two sets of independent additives preparation systems are equipped , which have  high efficiency water-cooled pearl mill and frequency centrifugal machines, which make the dispersion and distribution of the additive paste are evenly and the particle size is suitable . Besides supplying to our own  PET film production line , the PET chips have been well accepted at home and abroad . Our PET line  mainly produce films grade and bottle grade  bright chips   , homo- PET and co-PET chips   , film grade PET chips are include   audio base film ,video base film and packaging PET films ,and twistable film , shrinkable film and matte film special purpose PET etc. Our company has a very experienced R&D team who has developed  new  products ,well meet the customer's requirement  and a small pilot line for developing new products  . Recently ,we have been developing a PET resin , which is available for high speed film production line , and a special application resin used for heat shrinkable film ,and a resin used for heat-sealable film .

            Our  quality guarantee system  achieved the certification of    GACC GB/T 19001-2000-ISO 9001:2000  . The capacitor application PET film acquired the certificate of American Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL) and packaging grade PET film has been certificated by SGS and acquired  the authentication of    American Food&Drug Administration (FDA) .    The bottle grade PET resin acquired  the authentication of Coca cola and PEPSI cola and   FDA .
