     The melting point and crystallization speed  will be decreased by adding the third and fourth composition for modification  ,and increase the intrinsic viscosity sharply through solid phase condensation , during the sheets production , it has high melting strength and good transparency .

Type 3065 was developed by our company and suitable for audio base film . A special compound additive was added during procession , which is formulated by many steps . The clean level of Type 3065 is very high .The audio base film made of Type 3065 has good physical and mechanical properties and high tensile strength and suitable surface roughness for easy coating ,so it become an ideal material for producing high grade audio magnetic tape  .

Packaging film grade PET chips, 4065s

Type 4065S is a high pure and clean resins with stable properties ,available for the film line with production speed of over 150m/min . It is a good material for producing packaging films with the thickness between 5 and 120 micron .The films made of Type 4065S has the performance of high strength and thermal stability and can be converted into metallisation films ,printable film ,lamination films ,etc.

Packaging film grade PET chips , Model 4065F

4065F was developed recently for producing high transparency packaging films which has a good physical and mechanical properties and high transparency .A special compound additive  is added to Type 4065F , which is small size and formulated through  many process.   The chips is suitable for producing packaging films between 5 and 120 micron on the film line whose production speed is above 160m/min .The haze of packaging films, made of Type 4065F and  with the thickness of 16 micron , is less than 2% .

 Capacitor Grade PET chips ,Model 5065

 5065 was developed by our company for producing capacitor application films with  good physical and mechanical and insulation properties . The chips are usually processed into capacitor application films between 8 and 25 micron . The ratio of quality finished products is high . Type 5065 can be used as insulation material  in the market of home electrical appliance and electronic components .
